From our family to yours, the ProBAKE team would like to wish all of our colleagues, partners, clients, friends, and families a very happy holiday season! This past year has been an unprecedented year for us and we have had the opportunity to work with some of the best clients in the world. In what seems to be a sign of good things to come, the economic recovery, though slow, has brought quite a bit of increased business from both existing clients and new start-ups which is a very welcomed change of pace. With an expected increase, albeit modest, in the bakery products market for 2016, we are projecting an even more successful 2016 for ProBAKE and, most importantly, our clients. Also, with the extended depreciation tax incentives for businesses, there may not be a better time to invest into baking equipment automation than early 2016.
As you may also notice, we have overhauled (yet again!) our website for a more enjoyable user experience. We believe this will be a much improved version of our site and will allow easier access to the resources found on the site. In addition, we will be periodically posting video blogs to show what we have been up to here at ProBAKE! Included content will range from automation suggestions, test baking, recipe R&D, informative posts/videos, and maintenance/cleaning videos. Any suggestions for further improvement are much appreciated!
