Our semi-automatic and fully automatic butter press can be used to easily press butter into perfectly even slabs before laminating a wide variety of pastry doughs. When coupled with the optional grid holding structure, you can effectively turn the machine into a hydraulic divider for easy dough division.
The semi-automatic models offer automatic operation for the pressing and cutting cycle, while the lid opening is a manual process. In our fully automatic model, the entire working cycle is completed by the machine without any manual intervention through a completely settable touch-screen PLC.
