Conical rounders offer the best solution for rounding before proofing or resting as they result in a very well-rounded ball of dough with consistent tension. The main advantage here is that consistently rounded dough performs better and more consistently in downstream equipment such as moulding.
These machines are designed with a rotating cone and adjustable corrosion-resistant rounding guides. The dough becomes perfectly rounded while moving from bottom to top within the rounding guides. The machine is also equipped with a flour duster to aid in eliminating any product sticking to downstream processes. We also offer an air blowing system to skin the product, Teflon coated guides/cone, and variable speed control as optional items.
