Eccentric Rounder

DESCRIPTION

While conical rounders are a very good solution for rounding before proofing, they are not the best option for rounding after proofing or final rounding operations. Our eccentric rounders are the best solution for final rounding as they are much more gentle and input less friction which results in maintaining the airy structure of the dough. This holds especially true with more fragile, high-hydration doughs as this type of machine is the closest method to mimic hand rounding.
