The machines have an integrated mixing bowl where the operator loads the raw ingredients then switches to extrusion mode to extrude the desired pasta through he interchangeable die. Easily make long and short pasta shapes by simply changing the extruding die. They are efficient, simple to operate, and perfectly sized for restaurants, pizzerias, and delis. Each is constructed of anodized aluminum, and all parts that come in contact with pasta are made of stainless steel.
