DESCRIPTION

Our lines are designed for the continuous production of puff pastry, croissant, and just about any other type of sheeted and/or laminated doughs with or without fat. Due to their flexible design, our solutions always combine high-speed production with unrivaled product quality. This coupled with the fact that the innovative design allows for quick product change-overs and modern hygienic requirements make them perfect for even the most discerning clients.

The laminating lines can be supplied in a wide variety of standard configurations based on the production needs (I, L, U, or Z) but we can always make a customized layout if the facility requires machine modifications in order to fit. All machines of our lines are managed by an intuitive touch-screen HMI control panel to change all parameters and set/store production parameters.

Every line and solution is dimensioned by closely working with the client to determine the production data (such as the number of layers, working width, facility layout, etc…) as virtually any aspect of our solution can be customized to meet specific requirements.
