In addition to our flow pack offerings, we also offer packaging solutions for clients who require the exact number of products into a package or exact weight of bulk product into a package. Depending on the product characteristics, we have a variety of counting solutions (screw or vibratory) for placing an exact number of units into a package. Also, we have multi-head weighers, linear/vibratory weighers, and dosing screws for packages where an exact weight is required and the number of products may be variable. These solutions can be coupled with other downstream packaging systems like our VFFS or stand-up pouch systems in order to provide a turn-key solution.
