Dough Sheeters

ProBAKE’s top-quality line of reversible dough sheeters are extremely cost-effective and offer the perfect solution for any level of production and space requirements. The full line of dough sheeters includes manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic versions. In addition, a variety of working widths and lengths are available depending on the client’s needs.

Our manual line of dough sheeters are available in a tabletop or standalone configuration and both versions offer folding conveyors for easy storage. The working cycle is achieved by manually adjusting the hand lever to the desired sheeting thickness, then using the foot control or joystick to control conveyor direction.

The semi-automatic versions offer settable sheeting thickness and pause phases (for folding and re-sheeting operations) that are automatically managed by the machine. The conveyor direction is still managed manually by the operator via the joystick or foot controls.

The fully automatic models offer a working cycle that is completely managed by the machine PLC. The client can program all sheeting thickness and pause phases through the machine PLC along with the conveyor and flour duster control. These models also offer an automatic coiling system that coils the dough onto a rolling pin after the working cycle is completed.
