Butter Press
Our semi-automatic and fully automatic butter press can be used to easily press butter into perfectly even slabs before laminating a wide variety of pastry doughs.
When coupled with the optional grid holding structure, you can effectively turn the machine into a hydraulic divider for easy dough division.
