Our line of industrial, bridge-type vertical planetary mixers is one of the premier offerings in this segment. As one of the oldest brands producing these types of mixers, the line has benefitted from decades of continued evolution and technological advancements. In addition, we have models for all sizes of commercial or industrial bakeries.

The machines are equipped with dual mixing tools with a quick-connect interchangeable tool system along with a bowl scraper. These machines are designed with independent motors for the bowl and mixing tool drive so speeds can be set independently from one another. This allows for virtually limitless programming parameters in order to achieve perfect mixing characteristics. We have also focused greatly on hygenic design as the machinea are constructed completely out of stainless steel and can be configured to be integrated with CIP systems for fully automatic cleaning. From a raw material standpoint, we can also configure the machines to be fed with ingredients via automatic dosing system or manual feed and even have options for pumping product from the bowls after mixing is completed. All capabilities and features are fully programmable via touch-screen PLC with up to 100 settable programs (each with up to 20 mixing phases). The client has their choice of either Siemens or Allen Bradley PLC control.
