Bowl Lifter-Dumpers

We offer a full line of mixing bowl or trough lifter dumpers for just about any application. The range includes units for low-level dumping onto tables or other troughs, side dumping, frontal dumping, and even high-capacity dual-column machines. All of the available models are designed with redundant safety systems in order to ensure safe operation in all conditions.

The low-level SRC model is designed to discharge mixed dough from removable mixing bowls onto a bench or onto other low-level receiving bins. This style of lifter/dumper utilizes a single hydraulic lifting cylinder for a silent, safe, and reliable lifting of mixing bowls with very little maintenance. This type of lifting mechanism is much more efficient and lower maintenance than their worm-screw type competitors. We can configure these lifter/dumpers for custom dumping heights and capacities in addition to the standard versions. Also, the lifter can be configured so it can be used with any bowl manufacturer. The standard capacity version is rated up to 1,000 kg.

The BLT model line included machine that can be configured to dump towards the front (same direction as loading), to one side, or two sides. In addition, we can configure the machines to run in an automatic mode by integrating a series of dough level photocell sensors to downstream processes. In this case, the operator would simply push the bowl or trough into the machine and the lifter would complete the full lifting, dumping, and return without operator intervention. The BLT line is also available with an automatic bowl rotation and scraping device for quick and easy dough discharge.

This style of lifter/dumper utilizes two hydraulic lifting cylinders for silent, safe, and reliable lifting of mixing bowls with very little maintenance. This type of lifting mechanism is much more efficient and lower maintenance than their worm-screw type competitors. We can configure these lifter/dumpers for custom dumping heights and capacities in addition to the standard versions. Also, the lifter can be configured so it can be used with any bowl manufacturer. The standard capacity version is rated up to 1,200 kg.
