The heating tunnels are used to achieve perfect drying of products enrobed with fondant or other sugar-based coatings. The heating process is performed via adjustable flow circulation that is controlled by a proprietary control system and infrared ray heaters with ceramic insulation. An independent heating unit is placed every 6 meters along the tunnel and offers a maximum temperature of 75°C. In addition, the belt feed speed is adjustable for both the models. Various lengths of the tunnel are available in order to accommodate any range of production capacity required.
