Our micro-ingredient systems consist of modular and expandable air-tight units for automatic metering of powdered and granular minor ingredients. These systems are also able to handle challenging materials such as milk powder, cocoa powder, salt and others. The extraction methods we use are highly precise for both volumetric and weight dosages. They also offer a completely hygienic design due to the dust exhausting system located directly at the discharge of each unit which prevents powder discharge into the surrounding environment. The two versions have a scale that can be mobile or fixed: the TME model with fixed scale allows ultra fast discharge and more batches with exceptionally accurate metering, ideal for high production volumes.
