Our ingredient bag dump stations are fully customizable according to the client’s exact needs and can serve multipurpose roles within the production space. These units are commonly used to directly feed production lines or to even load silos directly. The capacity of each dump station is fully customizable according to usage so operators do not have to constantly be loading bags into the dump station (usually loading operations are completed only 1-2 times per shift). Extraction from the unit is most commonly completed via vibrating cone and metered with a rotary valve or rigid screw conveyor. We also have special extraction methods available for specific applications.
