The DOX 25M (photo) is an electronic water doser-mixer with external hydraulics and thermostatically controlled; the temperature is to be set with a knob on the thermostatic mixing valve: this keeps the set temperature even in case of changes in the inlet temperatures. Suitable for artisan bakeries, the DOX 25M optimizes the water dosing process, ensuring accuracy and repeatability of quantity and temperature with error margins lower than 1% on the dosing and 1.5 °C on the temperature. The last settings are always kept in memory. The model DOX 25 offers only the dosing function, without the temperature control. The DOX can be controlled remotely via serial interface or remote commands.

DOX 30

The basic option!

 

The DOX 30M is an electronic water doser-mixer with the hydraulics partially integrated; the temperature is to be set by a knob on the thermostatic mixing valve: this keeps the set temperature even in case of changes in the inlets temperatures and pressures. Suitable for artisan medium and small sized bakeries, the DOX 30M makes it possible to optimize the water dosing process, ensuring accuracy and repeatability of quantity and temperature with error margins lower than 1% on the dosing and 1.5 °C on the temperature. Thanks to its light and integrated structure, it is easy to install in any room, even of small size. The last settings are always kept in memory. The model DOX 30G has the same mixer unit as the DOMIX 45 and 35, which is more robust and accurate. The model DOX 30 offers only the dosing function, without the temperature control. The DOX can be controlled remotely via the serial interface or the remote commands.

DOX 125

Industrial size, economical price!

 

The DOX 125M is an electronic high flow water doser-mixer with external hydraulics and thermostatically controlled; the temperature is to be set with a knob on the thermostatic mixing valve: this keeps the set temperature even in case of changes in the inlet temperatures and pressures. The last settings are always kept in memory. Suitable for industrial bakeries, the DOX 125M optimizes the process of dosing big quantities of water, ensuring accuracy and repeatability of quantity and temperature with error margins lower than 1% on the dosing and 1,5°C on the temperature. The model DOX 125 offers only the dosing function, without the temperature control. The DOX can be controlled remotely via serial interface or remote commands.

DOMIX 35

Simple and robust!

 

The DOMIX 35 is an electronic water doser mixer with thermostatic regulation of the temperature and with the hydraulic part fully integrated. The temperature is adjusted by means of the knob that controls a thermostatic mixing valve. This is able to maintain the set temperature even in case of variations of the inlets temperatures and pressures. The last settings are always kept in memory. Suitable for artisan bakeries, the DOMIX 35 optimizes the water dosing process, ensuring accuracy and repeatability of quantity and temperature with an error tolerance lower than 1% on the dose and 1 °C on the temperature.

 

Due to its robust integrated structure and compact dimensions it’s easy to install it in any room, even of small size. The DOMIX can be controlled also via the remote commands. The electrical and control part is protected by a stainless steel case, integrated with the hydraulic part. The user interface consists of digital displays to show the quantity and temperature of the water and a four buttons membrane keyboard to set and to deliver the desired quantity. Servo-operated solenoid valve. Automatic thermostatic mixing and self-calibrating systems for the tail of dosing and for the temperature read by the probe.

DOMIX 45

The classic model, a complete option!

 

The DOMIX 45A is an electronic water doser mixer with thermostatic regulation of the temperature, with the hydraulic part fully integrated and with memory for 80 recipes. The temperature is adjusted by means of the knob that controls a thermostatic mixing valve. This is able to maintain the set temperature even in case of variations of the inlets temperatures and pressures. The presence of the by-pass allows to discard the water out of the acceptable temperature range, thus allowing an accurate control of the water that ends up in the dough. The by-pass management is manual in the DOMIX 45 and automatic through a solenoid valve in the DOMIX 45A. It’s the most common STM water meter and is suitable both for artisan and industrial environments; it allows to optimize the dosing process of water in the dough, ensuring accuracy and repeatability of quantity and temperature, with an error tolerance lower than 1% on dosing and 1°C on temperature. Due to its robust integrated structure and compact dimensions, the DOMIX 45 can be easily installed in any room, even of small size. Thanks to the external probe with spiral extendable cable, the temperature of the ambient, or of the flour, or of the dough it’s shown on the display. The DOMIX can be controlled remotely via serial interface or remote commands.

DOMIX 55

The highest precision, automatically!

 

The DOMIX 55 is the STM best in class: it’s equipped with a motorized mixing valve that ensures the selected temperature is reached in 4-5 seconds in the worst conditions. The DOMIX 55 is a water doser-mixer able to manage in a completely automatic mode the processes of dosing, mixing and discarding the water not in temperature. It is particularly suitable for industrial technologically advanced environments, with a high process automation and requiring the maximum precision in regulating and maintaining the water temperature. The error margins are lower than 1% on the dosing and 0.5 °C on the temperature.
The user controls the device through an alphanumeric membrane keyboard and an LCD display, and disposes of memory for 99 recipes, including 49 double ones and one for the sole mixing function with no control over the water amount. Thanks to the external probe with spiral extendable cable, the temperature of the ambient, or of the flour, or of the dough it’s shown on the display.

 

The DOMIX 55 is equipped with 1/2″ inlets while the DOMIX 65 with 3/4″ ones, allowing a higher flow rate. The “A” models (DOMIX 55A, DOMIX 65A) foresee an automatic management of 3 water inputs (hot, network and refrigerated). It’s possible to remotely control the DOMIX via the serial interface or through a replica of its user interface.

TriDOMIX

The simple automatic solution!

 

The TriDOMIX 50 is a fully automatic water doser-mixer, particularly suitable for industrial environments. The desired temperature is reached at the end of the dosing with sequential deliveries, starting from the cold water, in order to preserve the yeast in the dough. The use of the by-pass is necessary only for checking the reachability of the set point before proceeding to the delivery in the dough. There is memory available for 99 recipes, including 49 double ones and some special ones, including one with the water quantity as a percentage of the flour weight and one with the automatic calculation of the ideal temperature. The TriDOMIX ensures accuracy and repeatability of quantity and temperature with a tolerance lower than 1% on the dosing and 1.5 °C on the temperature for batches bigger than 10L. The device is controlled through an alphanumeric membrane keyboard and an LCD display. Thanks to the external probe with spiral extendable cable, the temperature of the ambient, or of the flour, or of the dough, it’s shown on the display.

 

The TriDOMIX 50 is equipped with 1/2″ inlets while the TriDOMIX 100 is equipped with 3/4″ ones, allowing a higher flow rate. The TriDOMIX can be controlled remotely via the serial interface.
