## VIEW OUR HUGE INVENTORY OF PASTA MACHINES FOR HIGH VOLUME PRODUCTION

The drying process is controlled by computer that can store a number of programs and cycles to manage ventilation, temperature, humidity, air feed and exhaust. The software also allows you to create programs to fit the exact process you need to perform. The heat battery fans generate a flow of hot air to control temperature and humidity so that the product dries from the inside out by osmosis for perfect stability. The panels are insulated with polyurethane foam and may be coated with PVC or stainless steel plate on request.
