The P150 from La Monferrina is an automatic machine you can rely on for consistently high-quality performance. Our GNX series is suitable for high production of gnocchi. GNX 500 produces 300/500 kg/hr with a mould that provides 11 exit holes. GNX1000 produces 800/1000 kg/hr and features a mould with 24 exit holes. Both models can work with either cold or warm dough. The forming process is performed by 3 rollers and the gnocchi flour dusting is done automatically with a flour tank and a flour recovery system. Machines are easily disassembled for cleaning at the end of the production process and provide a side control panel system, which meets all safety regulations. All parts that come in contact with dough are made of stainless steel, while the rest of the unit is composed of aluminum.
Gnocchi alla Romana
This machine is equipped with a large hopper for the dough, transporting it to the shaping die through a screw. The die has a diameter of 40/60 mm, with smooth or ridged edges. When the dough has a good consistency, it’s easily cut with a metallic wire. The product thickness is adjustable. The product is transported by a conveyor that can rotate nearly 180 degrees. This machine is mounted on a trolley with wheels and is manufactured with high-quality materials meeting all accident prevention regulations.
