Our range of melting tanks are designed to melt and maintain the fluidity of large quantities of chocolate which will be used to feed tempering or coating machines. An agitator inside the bowl keeps the chocolate homogeneous and fluid for ease of transport to downstream equipment. Heating is achieved through a jacketed bain-marie bowl and controlled by a thermostat in order to keep the chocolate’s natural characteristics unaltered. The tanks can be equipped with a system for transferring the chocolate to the machines that need to be filled through heated double-jacketed pipes. Multiple models are available for various bowl capacities and production requirements.
